What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Motherboard, stepper motor, and hotend failures under normal use
• Power supply and control-board faults present from purchase
• Missing or incorrect parts in a new, sealed unit

Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, modification, or improper assembly
• Consumable parts worn from normal use (nozzles, build surfaces, belts)
• Damage from unauthorized firmware or hardware changes
• Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect the printer's function

To make a warranty claim, keep your order confirmation or invoice handy — you can find both under “My Orders” in your account. Our team will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement part, or unit replacement as appropriate.
