Because a special order is placed on your behalf, it cannot be canceled, replaced, or refunded before it arrives — this is shown to you at checkout and requires your confirmation before the order is placed.
Pre-orders are newly announced Creality products that haven't launched yet. Placing a pre-order reserves your unit from the first shipment, with an estimated lead time of around 45 days — you'll always see the current estimate on the product page before you order.
